Welcome, today we will be talking about having too much extra space, and allowing clutter in our daily environment. Oftentimes the very things we don't think we can live without are creating confusion and disharmony in our life. I give an example of moving from a 2 bedroom apartment to a one bedroom one, and only taking what was essential for me. Less is actually more, and making room for better things in our life is important. If we are always running on full, we give little space for opportunities and possibilities to show up. Think about all the gadgets and extra books or clothes you have. Get rid of everything that is not essential to you and you will begin to notice how you open up to things that you were previously unaware of. Having too much and too many choices hinders our ability to think clearly, and move forward with confidence in the direction of our dreams.

Today we will be talking about living life in a ZigZag manner, continuously experiencing self-trust and self betrayal. Listening to ourselves, and then listening to the outside world, and trying to please other people create internal chaos and division. Society wants us to live a certain way, but what we want deep inside of us may be completely different. We either listen to our own desires, or the external noise that can mislead us and leave us feeling exhausted and lost. I encourage to listen to yourself, and break through the noise by allowing self trust to rule the way.

Hey Wonderful! Today we will talk about being present and about the physical limitations that try to give us signs that we are not living in the present moment. I share my example of not being able to feel hunger, as well as other common signs like not being able to sleep at night, or experiencing a lot of anxiety. These annoyances are signs that our body is trying to tell us something, and we need to be present enough to listen to them, and understand them, instead of brushing them off as inconveniences. Not listening to ourselves has a numbing effect that blocks negative and positive emotions in our body and our life. I encourage you to listen to your body, and pay attention to the subtle signs you may be consistently overlooking.

Hey Hey Amazing!
Today I will share with you the importance of asking directly for what you want. Having crystal clear communication when expressing your needs and wants is imperative since nobody can read your mind. Unfortunately if we hope and wish that other people will know what we want and do it, it will rarely happen and it will leave us feeling hurt and resentful. There is no need to play mind games, all it takes is being direct, and being open to the possibility of a NO. Life is simple when you ask for what you want with confidence.

I appreciate you for taking the time to tune in today. Our topic today is executing on business ideas, even when they aren't perfect. All the planning and preparing you do will not make your idea a reality. No matter how great your business plan is, if you don't have a prototype, and you are not able to receive feedback, you can have a 5 million dollar idea, and it doesn't matter. Great ideas are not created in a vacuum, you need feedback and support from other people to make it a reality. Bill Gates made Apple the most successful company through execution, not through just having ideas. Ideas are worthless, but could be priceless when paired with execution. Don't wait for the perfect timing, take the risk and start implementing now. Even if you fail, the sooner you get started the sooner you start learning. Create a process, and break it down to daily things that you can do in 5 to 10 minutes to get closer to success.

Today's episode is more of a life hack that I use to get directly in front of my biggest fears and limitations. Sometimes we feel trapped, stuck, or frustrated and we aren't sure why. This trick will help you to easily access these emotions, and create urgency so that you aren't a bystander in your life, and you actually do something about them. I share a personal story of how this helped me open up to letting go and starting over. Also I want to warn you that you need to be ready to complete this exercise, you need to be ready to have a lot of negative emotions come to the surface, it takes courage and serious determination, but it can help you grow and see some blockages that you may not be completely aware of. By highlighting our fears, and having an emotionally intense desire to face them, we will stop living in denial, and start becoming a better version of ourselves. Today we will be talking about feeling overwhelmed with too many responsibilities and the daily tasks on our to-do list. I share ideas on how to eliminate, delegate, or hire someone to help you lighten the load and allow you to take some time for yourself. Stress does not come from doing too much, it comes from doing too little of what makes us come alive. So I encourage you to take 30 minutes every single day at the beginning of the day to do something you love. Make it on purpose, and put it on your calendar. Block out that time and give yourself the pleasure of doing something that you like to do, instead of something that you have to do. Look forward to the next day of doing this again, this will help you feel more fulfilled at the end of the day. You are here to live and experience the joy of life, not to just work, pay the bills, and start over the next day. Welcome! Today we will talk about abundance, and how it can be a constant flow of joy in our life. However, if we are not a good receiver, because we have limiting beliefs we are blocking that abundance from flowing to us. In this episode I share some of my limiting beliefs about receiving including : feeling like I didn't deserve it, feeling too self-sufficient to ask for help, doubting the other person and being suspicious about their intentions, the fear of being taken advantage of, and more. When we have limiting beliefs about receiving, we shut down and stop the flow of abundance in our life. Stop and pay attention to your own limiting beliefs about receiving. The goal today is to see yourself as the fabulous and wonderful person that you are, and to only compare yourself with how you were before, not by trying to stand next to anyone else.

In this episode we cover the importance of not overlooking our health and loved ones because of work.
This is a great quote for me since I have personally made the mistake to be too busy, and too focused on my business to take time to smell the roses and enjoy life. We do not come to this planet to just work, and I think a lot of times we focus on work in order to avoid our personal problems, this only works for a little bit, and later on in life it backfires and creates a lot of dissonance. I know that my business used to be an escape to ignore the elephant in the room. In the last few months I have made a lot of shifts that have improved my personal life and they also reflect in my business. One of those things is to stop working, go out, have fun, and take care of myself. It sounds simple but it can be so hard to do. I have learned a lot of lessons along the way and I hope I can provide some guidance to those entrepreneurs who may be feeling burned out or like they have reached an emotional plateau that makes it challenging to focus on their business.
